The Grounds
The Estate
Nearly eight thousand square metres of gated hillside. Villas terraced down the slope, pools between them, jungle all around.
A Hillside of Its Own
The estate sits on its own rise in the hills behind Tamarindo, in a quiet pocket of homes and small boutique hotels. One gate, cameras at the entry, and a paved driveway that climbs and splits — one parking pad for Casa Toltec at the crown, another for the villas below.
Between the houses: gardens, pools, and shaded paths. The hillside does the rest — every terrace faces the valley, and the ocean glints at the far edge of it.
- Nearly 8,000 m² of grounds
- Gated entry with cameras
- Caretaker on site
Yoga Studio
An open-air studio at the top of the property, a few steps from Casa Toltec. A high roof, a wide floor, white curtains that move with the breeze — and no walls between you and the valley. Morning practice catches the first light; by late afternoon the whole floor turns gold.
It holds yoga and wellness sessions, and small events when the occasion calls for it.

Pools
Four pools, no two alike. Each villa keeps its own kind of water, at its own height on the hill.

The Infinity Edge
Casa Toltec's pool holds the horizon line. Swim to the rim and the valley falls away below.
The Rock Waterfall
Casa Sol's pool is fed by a rock waterfall cascade — you hear it before you see it.

The Plunge Pools
Lower on the hillside, tucked under the canopy — cool, shaded, and quiet.
Looked After
Someone is always here. A caretaker lives on the property, and housekeeping keeps every villa ready. The gate stays closed; the gardens stay kept. You notice it mostly in what you never have to think about.
Take the Whole Estate
For weddings, retreats, and group getaways, the estate books as one — every villa, every pool, and the Yoga Studio, behind a single gate.
It was conceived as a wellness retreat, and it still carries that shape: a studio for morning practice, quiet corners to disappear into, and one long view to share in the evening.
